Shipping policy
We will gladly accept returns placed on retail orders within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the product price and any applicable taxes (shipping and handling charges not included).
If we’ve made a mistake or something arrives damaged, let us know and we’ll get a replacement sent right away!
Please contact us via support@dashvendor.com for return approval, and include a copy of your receipt or invoice in the package.
Unauthorized returns or returns without an invoice cannot be processed.
Any returned product must be unused and undamaged in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Custom orders, personalized products, or items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned.
